Kahvila Otava

Iso plussa vegaanista riisipuurosta ja muukin aamupala oli oikein hyvää. Kynttilävalaistus olisi voinut kestää kahvilassa yhtä kauan, kuin allasosastollakin. Aina on saatu hyvää palvelua, kiitos siitä.

My wife and I were very pleased at the food quality and services we ordered from Pegasus for our once-in-a-lifetime event last month. The meal we asked for was vegan, and all the foods were lovingly prepared, full of flavor and as fresh as they could be. All of our guests commented that the food provided for our party was outstanding! In particular, I want to lavish praise on two of the dishes we ordered. At least for me, these two dishes stood out in particular for exceeding our expectations, as would be shown by the way in which I loaded up my plate when visiting the buffet table. 1) Quinoa Salad with Strawberries, Watermelon and Vegan Cheese. Personally, I'd never had a salad before blending fresh greens, quinoa, fresh fruits and vegan cheese. This was really wonderful! The proportions of all of the ingredients was perfect, there was not one flavor that overwhelmed the others. The blending of tastes was just right. RATING: Five stars out of five! 2) Vegan Baklava: When we ordered Baklava, which I really wanted to share with our guests at this reception, I was expecting that we would get the traditional Baklava made with honey and that some of our vegan guests might not be able to eat it. But Pegasus showed up with a vegan Baklava. I never knew such a thing even existed! Instead of the honey, a delicious rosewater syrup was used, and the dish was really the highlight of our party. No one had ever eaten anything like this before, and everyone could try it. RATING: SIX stars out of five! Thanks to Pegasus for their thoughtful attention to all of our needs and wishes.

Palvelu ollut aina hyvää ja ruoka myös. Hintataso samaa kuin kaikissa kahviloissa nykyisin. Viikonlopun brunssi on erityisen hyvä ja runsas. Kiireisinä aikoina kahvila voi olla meluisa ja ruuhkainen, mutta itse en ainakaan tulekaan uimahallin kahvilaan kynttiläillallista nauttimaan.

Perjantain uuniperunalounas oli runsas ja herkullinen. Monia eri täytevaihtoehtoja ja paljon tuoreita salaatteja ja kasviksia. Jälkkäripöydästäkin löytyi monia vaihtoehtoja ja tummapaahtoista kahvia. Kaksivuotiaskin söi hyvällä ruokahalulla. Hyvä paikka syödä ja rentoutua uinnin jälkeen!
